We have been super busy as of late at the shop. Lots of weddings and funerals in the past few weeks. Krista has been working so hard and long hours. I am so impressed with how amazing she is and how talented she is at what she does. Being pregnant is not easy, but having to work and stand for 7 days a week is even tougher. We are debating on whether or not to hire someone earlier than the December time line that we originally talked about. I think we should just to give that person the extra time to adjust and take on some real responsibility with the shop. I will still be there to oversee all the daily operations when Krista is not able to, but we need someone solid who can design well to step into her shoes and take some real control of things.
